This explains what information Horse Help & Care (horsehelp.care), operated by BreElle Lampkin, an individual operator (not a registered company or LLC), collects and how it's used.

What we collect

  • Account details: your email, password (managed by our sign-in provider, not readable by us), display name and chosen role (horse owner or provider). If you choose Google sign-in, Google and our sign-in service handle the login and return account information such as your email and profile name.
  • Provider and listing details: business name, description, city and state, service area, prices, availability, optional phone and website, and photos you upload.
  • Bookings, messages and reviews: booking requests (date, horse details, notes), messages between members, and reviews.
  • Marketplace: horse and tack listings and photos, saved listings, messages with sellers, listing view counts, reports and blocks.
  • Directory requests: if you ask about an unclaimed business, your name, email, optional phone and message.
  • Location searches: ZIP codes or places you type to sort results by distance. A selected search ZIP and its coordinates can be saved in your browser.
  • Operational records: email delivery records, moderation reports and technical error information used to operate and troubleshoot the site. Hosting and outside services may also process network information such as IP addresses.

How it's used

To run the site: show listings, deliver booking and marketplace messages, send related email notifications, handle directory requests, moderate reports and keep accounts secure. Uploaded photos are kept in private storage and shown through short-lived links. Listing content and reviews are visible to the audiences allowed by the site; do not put private information in content you publish. Directory contact information comes from public sources. Booking and inquiry details are shared with their intended recipient or our team, as applicable.

Cookies and analytics

We ask before loading optional Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and actions such as sign-ups and contact requests. Our tracking events exclude names, emails, phone numbers and message contents; these services may still receive network and browser information, page addresses and their own identifiers. Your choice is saved in your browser when browser storage is available.

Use Cookie preferences in any page's footer to accept or decline later. Declining after accepting stops new site tracking events and reloads the page so those scripts are no longer loaded. It does not erase information already sent or necessarily delete cookies those services previously set; you can remove those using your browser settings. Essential sign-in storage and saved search preferences are separate from optional analytics. Choices apply to this browser and site address, not automatically to your other devices.

Services we use

  • Hosting, database, sign-in and file storage through Lovable Cloud.
  • Google sign-in, if you choose it.
  • Lovable's sign-in email service for verification and password-reset messages, and Resend for site notifications. Notification emails can include booking notes, horse details, directory inquiries and excerpts of marketplace messages.
  • An AI model through Lovable's AI service, only when a seller asks for a draft listing description; it receives the text listing details submitted to that tool. Do not include private information in those details. We have not independently verified all vendor retention or training practices.
  • OpenStreetMap Nominatim and Zippopotam.us, which receive a typed place or ZIP lookup to turn it into coordinates.
  • Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, only after you accept (see above).
  • Google Maps Platform (Places API), for business photos on directory pages (see below).
  • Google Fonts for site fonts, and YouTube or Vimeo if a listing includes an embedded video; loading that outside content can disclose network and browser information to its provider.

Google Maps content

Where enabled, eligible directory photos load when their area of the page is viewed. Our server requests a photo for an admin-confirmed business match, and your browser loads the image directly from Google, so Google receives your IP address and browser details. This photo delivery is separate from optional analytics consent. We retain Google's place identifier and our own match/review records, not Google photos, photo references, delivery URLs or author metadata for reuse. The Google Maps logo and supplied author credits appear with the photo. Google's use of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy, incorporated here for Google Maps services; use of that content is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Terms of Service.

Sharing

We disclose information to the relevant members and service providers to carry out the functions described above; for example, a booking request goes to that provider and a directory inquiry goes to our team. Keeping and deleting information

The current site has no self-service account deletion control or verified automatic deletion schedule for accounts, messages, inquiries or email logs. Contact horsehelpcare@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion; we must review what can be done before promising a result. We do not promise immediate or complete erasure, including from notifications already delivered to others or vendor systems.

Your choices and rights

You can edit your profile and listings, change analytics preferences, and contact us about your information. Rights may depend on where you live and applicable law; this draft does not narrow those rights or promise an unverified response period. People under 18

Accounts are intended for people aged 16 and over. Before email account creation or continuing with Google, the site asks for confirmation of that minimum age. This is self-declaration, not verification of a birth date or identity, and it is not a server-enforced age restriction. We do not collect a birth date or a guardian's identity through this confirmation, and it does not verify guardian consent. If you are 16 or 17, involve a parent or guardian and obtain their consent for transactions and provider agreements, as stated in the Terms.
