These terms cover your use of Horse Help & Care at horsehelp.care (the "site"), operated by BreElle Lampkin, an individual operator (not a registered company or LLC). By using the site you agree to these terms.

What the site does

  • Lets horse owners find equestrian service providers (boarding, training, farrier, veterinary, grooming and transportation), request bookings and message providers.
  • Hosts a marketplace where members list horses and tack for sale and message sellers.
  • Shows an unclaimed directory of businesses researched from public sources. These businesses have not joined the site; booking is not available for them, and information requests go to our team.

We are a listing and messaging platform. We are not a party to any agreement between owners, providers, buyers or sellers, and we do not inspect horses, tack, facilities or credentials. Online payments are not active; arrange payment directly with the other party.

Accounts

You can sign up with email and password or with Google. Keep your login secure and give accurate information. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

If you are 16 or 17, you are still a minor, and creating an account does not mean you can enter binding contracts on your own. Bookings, marketplace sales and any agreement with a provider should involve a parent or guardian, and a parent or guardian must consent to any transaction or provider agreement you make through the site.

Your content

You are responsible for listings, photos, descriptions, messages and reviews you post, and you must have the right to post them. You give us permission to display that content on the site to operate it. Optional AI-written listing descriptions are drafts you should check before posting.

Do not post anything false, misleading, unlawful, harassing or that infringes someone else's rights. We may hide or remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms. You can report listings and users from the site.

Directory information

Directory details (names, phone numbers, websites, approximate locations and any price notes) come from public sources, may be out of date, and are not verified by the business. Check details directly with the business. Business owners can ask to claim or correct a listing.

Google Maps content

Where enabled, some directory pages show business photos from Google Maps, provided through Google Maps Platform. The Google Maps logo and the author credits supplied by Google appear with each photo, with contributor links where supplied. Photos belong to their owners; their display is not an endorsement or a grant of permission to download, reuse or republish them. By using Google Maps content on this site you agree to be bound by the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Terms of Service, which are incorporated for that use. Google's handling of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. We do not permanently download, cache or rehost Google photos or retain their delivery URLs; photos may change or disappear.

No guarantees

The site is provided as is. We don't guarantee that listings are accurate, that providers or sellers will perform, or that the site will always be available. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Responsibility and disputes

Horse-related activities and transactions can involve risk. Before proceeding, check the other party's identity, qualifications, facilities, horse or item condition, price and agreement directly. A listing or Google photo does not establish safety, suitability or availability.

If a disagreement concerns a booking, service or marketplace transaction, contact the other party to discuss it. You can report suspected misuse of the site or contact us at horsehelpcare@gmail.com about our service. We can review site reports, but do not promise to resolve another party's dispute, refund a payment made outside the site or provide legal advice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited, or removes rights or remedies that applicable law gives you. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a required court location, a liability cap or a waiver of claims.
